Your Organization
See how your club is structured — chapters, regions, officers, and member counts at a glance.
The Organization page gives you a bird's-eye view of your entire club or association. It shows how your organization is structured, who is in charge of each chapter or region, and how many members belong to each group. This is the place to go when you want to understand the big picture or find out who leads a particular part of the organization.
Club Overview
At the top of the Organization page, you will see a hero card with your club's high-level information:
- Club name and logo — Your organization's official name displayed prominently, alongside the logo if one has been uploaded.
- Total member count — The overall number of active members in your organization.
- Member type breakdown — A count of members by type (for example, "Gardeners: 19, Seedlings: 20"). This gives you a quick sense of the organization's composition.
- Chapter count — How many chapters or regions make up the organization.
This overview section is a quick snapshot. For detailed breakdowns, scroll down to the individual chapter and region cards below.
Chapters and Regions
Below the club overview, you will see cards for each chapter or region in your organization. The layout depends on how your admin has set things up — some organizations use chapters, others use regions, and some have both in a hierarchy.
Each chapter or region card shows:
- Name — The chapter or region name (for example, "Cedar Chapter" or "Northeast Region").
- Location — The city and state or general area the chapter covers.
- Established date — When the chapter was founded or chartered.
- Officers — Key leadership positions with the names of the members filling those roles.
- Member counts — Total members in the chapter, often broken down by member type.
Click on any chapter card to drill down and see more details about that chapter, including a full list of its members and additional officer information.
If you are looking for a specific person, the Member Directory (accessible from the sidebar) is usually faster. The Organization page is best for understanding the overall structure and finding officers.
Officers
Officers are members who hold leadership positions within a chapter, region, or the organization as a whole. Common officer roles include President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and others that your organization has defined.
On each chapter card, you will see the key officers listed with their:
- Avatar — Their profile photo or initials in a colored circle.
- Name — Their display name.
- Role — The officer position they hold.
Click on any officer's name or avatar to view their full member profile, which includes their contact information and other details.
Officer assignments are managed by your organization's administrators. If you notice incorrect officer information, contact your admin to get it updated. Regular members cannot change officer assignments.
Member Counts
Member counts appear in two places on the Organization page:
- Club-wide overview — The hero card at the top shows the total member count for the entire organization, broken down by member type.
- Per-chapter breakdown — Each chapter card shows how many members belong to it, also broken down by member type.
These counts include only active members. Deactivated members are not reflected in these numbers. The member type badges use your organization's configured colors, making it easy to visually distinguish between different types at a glance.

The information visible on the Organization page depends on your member type and your admin's privacy settings. Some organizations restrict visibility of member counts or officer details to certain member types. If you cannot see information you expect, check with your administrator.
