How billing works

Active members are the people who can sign in. They are the one number a plan counts.

Retired members, deactivated accounts and historical records stay in your record with their full history, and are not counted. The count runs across all your chapters combined.

Transaction fees: 0%.
Dues, event tickets and store sales are paid straight into your organization's own Stripe account. You pay Stripe's standard processing fees, directly to Stripe.

Paid plans: a 7-day free trial.
Once per organization. Checkout asks for a card, and the plan starts automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel; we email a reminder before the first charge.
Changing plans: yours to do.
Move up or down from billing settings in any month, and fellos tells you when you are close to a cap. When you move to a smaller plan, the new price takes effect at your next billing period.

  • The Record

    Member, chapter and office on one connected record. Approve a transfer and the officer roles held at the old organization are released in the same step.

  • Elections

    Nominations, prerequisites, campaigning, ballots, election analytics, and certification that places each winner in the role and the organization they were elected to.

  • The Feed

    Reads like a social feed and writes itself from the record: anniversaries, birthdays, election results, the discussions in your groups, officer changes and member changes, with reactions and comments.

  • Discussions

    Groups with rights set by member type and organization, and one search box across every post and reply you can see, ranked by relevance.

  • Ask AI & Summarize

    Put a question to your club's discussions and get in-depth research back: a written answer with numbered citations to the posts. One tap on Summarize catches any member up on a long thread.

  • Documents

    A folder library that keeps every revision. Replace a file and the earlier versions stay, each with its uploader, its date and its own download.

  • Events

    The club's calendar and RSVPs, event tickets priced by member type, guest seats and one code per party. Tickets save straight to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet from the ticket page, and one scan and one tap at the door check the party in.

  • Approval workflows

    Joining, a type change, a transfer, a deactivation: members start the request, and it routes up the approval chain you configure with the conversation attached.

  • Authority that follows the seat

    Admin scope (Club, Org, Local), the Comptroller and the Election Conductor are designations on the officer role. When the seat changes hands, so does the access.

    History tables on every profile — the member types held, the offices held, and every change of organization and status — and an append-only audit log that no one, site admins included, can edit or delete while your site exists.

How much does fellos cost?
Free is $0 for up to 20 active members. Region is $39/mo for up to 100, Club is $99/mo for up to 300, and Federation is $199/mo for up to 1,000. Organizations with more than 1,000 active members talk to us about Enterprise. Every feature is on every plan, and so is your own domain. Setup is $0, and fellos takes 0% of dues, event tickets and store sales.
How do we start?
Start on Free: up to 20 active members, and no card. When you need more, every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial, and checkout asks for a card.
What counts as an active member?
Anyone who can sign in to your fellos site. Retired, deactivated and historical members stay in your record with their full history and do not count toward your plan.
What are the transaction fees?
0%. Dues, event tickets and store sales are paid straight into your organization's own Stripe account. Stripe's standard processing fees go directly to Stripe.
Which features are on which plan?

What happens when we reach our plan's cap?
You move to the next plan to keep adding active members. When you are close to the cap, fellos tells you. The plan changes when you change it.
What if our active count drops?
Your plan stays where it is until you change it. Switch to a smaller plan in your billing settings and the new price takes effect at your next billing period; the current period is billed at the current plan.
Can we switch plans at any time?
Yes. Move up or down from your billing settings.
Who manages billing?
Your site's administrators, and any officer whose role carries the Comptroller designation.
How often are we billed?
Monthly. Each plan has one price, billed each month.
