About fellos
Built for the clubs that keep minutes and bylaws.
fellos is membership software for organizations with real structure — lodges, posts, chapters, and clubs that have officers, an approval process, and records worth keeping.
What fellos is
One place for your roster, your governance, and your members.
A fellos site holds your organization chart, your member records and member types, your approval workflows, your document library, your events and ticketing, your store, and a private community feed — under your own name and domain, on the web and installed to a phone without an app store.
Four roles run it: members, org admins, the Comptroller who handles money, and the site admin who sets everything up. Every administrative action lands in an append-only audit log, so the next board can see what the last one decided.
Who it's for
Clubs with chapters, officers, and a process
Motorcycle clubs, fraternal organizations, veterans' posts, professional societies, alumni associations, and any social club with bylaws and a board.
The common thread isn't the patch or the apron — it's structure. If you have chapters rather than one flat list, officers with titles and terms, more than one class of member, and new members who go through an approval rather than an instant signup, fellos was built for the way you already work.
If you're a single flat group with one type of member and no approval step, a simpler mailing-list tool will serve you fine — and cost you less.

Three things we refused to accept
Every one of these came from watching volunteer officers work around software that was never shaped like their organization.
The long version, with the numbers, is on why fellos.
How we operate
The parts most vendors make you dig for
No sales call, no per-transaction cut, no tier-locked features, and a manual you can read before you hand over an email address.
Self-serve signup, no sales call
You create your site yourself in about five minutes. No demo to book, no discovery call, no credit card to start.
We only count members who can sign in
Retired members, deactivated accounts, and historical records stay in your books forever and never count toward your tier. Your bill tracks the people who can actually log in today.
0% on top of dues, tickets, and store sales
Payments run through your organization's own Stripe account. Money goes straight to you, not through us. The only fees you pay are Stripe's standard processing fees, which go to Stripe.
Bring your own domain
Free clubs run on your-club.fellos.app. On Region and up you can point your own domain — members.yourclub.org — at your site, with your logo, colors, and terminology.
The manual is public
Every guide — Member, Org Admin, Comptroller, Site Admin — is on the open web, no login required. Read exactly how the product works before you sign up for anything.
Every feature, every plan
Multi-chapter structure, email, custom fields, documents, ticketing, the store, the audit log, and push notifications are on every tier. The only thing that changes between plans is how many active members your site supports.

Meet the builder

Ben Collins
Founder
I led the Debian project in 2001, maintained the Linux kernel's FireWire subsystem for years, and ran the team at Canonical that builds the Ubuntu kernel. Most of my career has been infrastructure other people depend on without ever thinking about it.
fellos comes from the same instinct. Chapters, officer roles, and approvals are the shape of an organization — not custom fields bolted onto a contact list — so they are the first thing the data model knows about. Get the structure right and the people using it stop having to work around it.
It is self-serve on purpose. Every guide is public, there is no demo to sit through, and you can build your site out on the free tier before you move a single member across.
Try it before you talk to anyone.
Five-minute setup. No credit card. Free for clubs up to 20 active members, and every feature is on every plan.
